We spent a gorgeous day at the zoo today with some sweet friends. The weather was perfect, and even thought I forgot my camera, I got a few good photos on my phone. Check out the cool garden-themed playground, complete with giant "gourds" and a praying mantis. What fun!
My favorite of all the animals were the baboon and gorilla who were laying back relaxed, basking in the sun on this gorgeous fall day. I was jealous of how chilled out they were.
AWWW! So sweet. We had such a good time. Sorry we had to cut out early...wish we could've enjoyed North America with you guys. :) I'm so glad you guys got to walk through there. Fun stuff, huh??

We really had a great time! And we were so glad we started out in Africa..N.America was much less exciting! But the seals and sea lions were worth the walk.
