One of my favorite new traditions at Flanna's school (and schools where I work, too) is the "Book Character Parade." Here is Flannery dressed as Pinkalicious for her elementary school's book character parade. It was absolutely freezing that day, and I felt so awful for all the kiddos with costumes and no coats! But they kept moving and didn't seem to mind too much!
Right now, Flannery is really into the American Girl books, the Nutcracker, and these cute fairy chapter books that we read together. It's such fun to get to discover new kids' books every day with her, and at work, too!
